Day Zero Project 101 in 1001 days - 100 day check up
Way back in March I began my Day Zero Project: 101 in 1001 days
where I picked 101 goals I want to complete in the next 1001 days we're now 100 days into my challenge so effectively 10% of the way there so I thought I'd do a little update on my progress so far.

- Go on a Hot air balloon ride - Booked! Weather permitting I can tick this as complete next month
- Go to Disneyland Paris
- USA Roadtrip
- Complete a reading challenge - I've been completing the Popsugar 2019 reading challenge currently I'm on 7 completed (I definitely need to do a full blog post update on my progress
- Visit all Premiership and EFL Grounds
- Midnight movie Premiere
- Go to Cadbury World - Booked! Going in July
- 20k social media followers combined - Just over the 12k mark currently and always growing
- Attend a blog event
- Partner with a local company on my blog - Really doing well with this one! Read my ImmotionVR review here. I've also got 3 more local company reviews in the pipeline
- Go on a Cruise
- 'Try' Pinterest pins rather than just pinning and leaving - This is leading to lots of new ideas for my next list!
- Have a full day at the cinema
- Swim in an infinity pool
- Say Yes for an entire week
- Pay off my car finance
- Earn enough blog income to cover at least half of the household bills
- Reach 25000 sessions on my blog per month
- Order from every takeaway that delivers to me on Just Eat - I'm enjoying this one and writing up local takeaway reviews as I try them
- Go dog sledding
- Completely clear my old bedroom of stuff, sell what I don't want
- Do a food challenge
- Be a bridesmaid - August planned!
- Get engaged
- Get married
- Have a baby
- Spend a night in a tree house
- Go to an airport and get the next flight
- Harry Potter tour in Edinburgh
- Get professional business cards for my blog - I did this! And adore my new business cards
- Hold a car boot
- Go on the Eurostar
- Survive Brexit
- Own all the Harry Potter Lego - I'm certainly making progress on this! I've got two more to build when I can find space for them
- Win a quarterly award at work
- Get in the car and flip a coin, make an adventure wherever we end up
- Go to the Electric Cinema in London
- Watch every Disney movie in order - I've only ticked off one on this list! Must try harder
- Go to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival
- Go to Iceland and visit the Blue Lagoon
- See the Northern Lights
- Go to Stonehenge
- Do a skydive
- Do a bungee jump
- Decorate the house so not all the walls are magnolia
- Go to New Orleans during Mardi Gras
- Donate Platelets / Blood on a regular basis
- Complete a random act of kindness
- Go to Rome
- Visit Wales
- Visit Ireland
- Stand under a waterfall
- See 10 shows / concerts - American Idiot UK I need to write a full review for sure
- Visit Oxford on Alice's Day (July 6th)
- Clear out all my clothes so everything fits on one rail
- Keep logging our life together in our memory book - We're pretty up to date with this and I love making our memories
- Visit New York
- Go to Alton Towers at Halloween
- Buy a BBQ
- Make the garden a nice place
- Watch LOTR
- Lose weight
- Explore Sheffield, keep ticking things off Tripadvisor - I'm now on 129 items on my completed adventures list! It's branched out beyond Sheffield but we're definitely visiting new places
- Create a freebie/something useful for my blog visitors
- Put up the pictures that are still in the kitchen in a pile
- Send 5 just because gifts
- Blog twice a week consistently - I'm a few posts under this average but close enough that I'm very happy
- Organise all of mine and Connors stuff into the house - Long and ongoing process!
- Celebrate our 3rd anniversary
- Try a new food once a month - I try! But I'm definitely a creature of habit
- Try a new restaurant once a month - Definitely keeping this one up with reviews of Fat Hippo and Five Guys and lots more in the pipeline
- Do 50k steps on a weekly basis
- Have £5k saved up in a house fund
- Build my blog email list to 500 - I passed the 100 mark! I know that doesn't sound huge but it's progress from 0
- Organise all photos from the laptop, phone etc. on to an external hard drive
- Have a blog post go viral
- Watch a sunrise - This will happen when we go and do the Hot Air Balloon ride
- See England win the Euros
- Watch SUFC get promoted to the premiership - I can't actually believe this happened! But it did and I'm super excited for the upcoming season
- Remind Connor I love him every day - This will always be ongoing but I'm definitely hitting it and making sure Connor knows how appreciated he is
- Turn the spare room into something useful/functional
- Go to a festival
- Go to Cornwall
- Visit the fairy pools in the Isle of Skye
- Cook through a whole cookbook
- Celebrate a holiday I normally don't
- Become a member at the board game cafe and visit often - We've been once but definitely going to go more often
- Complete 10 jigsaws - 1 complete in my Harry Potter repeating pattern and a second underway with my disney panoramic one. Connor bought me a jigsaw of us for our anniversary so we're definitely making progress with this one
- Donate / Buy items for RSPCA Sheffield - I've been buying items from their amazon wishlist most months
- Write a short story
- Brew our own beer in the shed
- Do something that scares me once a year (0/3)
- Join a book club
- Go on our Honeymoon
- Attend a Murder Mystery Weekend
- Visit a 'Dark Tourist' hotspot
- Go on a Hen Do
- 101 progress report every 3 months - I've decided to do this every 100 days but here's my first!
- Try all the lush bath bombs they sell - I have been doing this but I definitely need to keep a better record (whoops)
- Win a fantasy football league
- Start a new 101 list
I'm at 4 fully completed and 22 part completed which I think is pretty good progress I'm going to try really hard to make a few more steps to get a few more at least started. It's tricky as some goals will continue throughout the full 1001 days but I'm more than happy with my progress

Wow, I've never seen a challenge like this one, but you are doing fantastically well! I would love to see the Northern Lights and stand under a waterfall too. LOTR I can confirm is FABULOUS :) Good luck with your list, at this rate I'm sure you'll smash it, Lisa x
