LQ Liquid Health Supplements - The Benefits

How LQ Liquid Health Supplements are keeping me young

It dawned on me the other day that it's 10 years since I left school - I'm 26 and I can't believe how quickly time passes. I'm on that upwards curve towards 30 and while I'm trying really hard to crack this adulting lark I've started focusing more on trying to look after myself, prevention is better than trying to deal with wrinkles when they happen which is why I've started using LQ Liquid Health!

LQ Liquid Health Supplements

For the past month, I've been using LQ Liquid Health Skin Hair & Nails* supplements to try and improve my skin and hair. They're packed full of ingredients known to improve your skin/hair/nail health such as Marine collagen, hyaluronic acid, resveratrol, silicon, glucosamine, selenium, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Biotin and sweetener. I had a look into a few of these ingredients because let's face it who actually knows what these things do?

Ingredients

Marine Collagen - The supplements contain more collagen than any other beauty supplement per daily serving, it's a naturally occurring protein but one that we don't produce enough of as we get older. It gives the effects of plumper skin cells which in turn makes your skin look healthier
Hyaluronic Acid - Really well known for being 'natures moisturiser' it's really good for your joints and cushions and lubricates them. In this instance, the effects can be seen in the fluids in your eyes making them brighter
Resveratrol - Extracted from grapes, Resveratrol is really good for anti-ageing
Biotin - Contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin

As you can see the LQ Liquid Health bottles are stacked full of really good vitamins and antioxidants all proven to improve the appearance of your skin, hair and nails. As they're liquid it absorbs much faster than a tablet too

The Results

I used a months supply of LQ Liquid Health Skin Hair & Nails and I've really started noticing a difference. I suffer from really dry skin but I've found since starting using the supplements it's becoming less dry and appears much more radiant. My hair is super thick but it now seems a lot shinier than it was. I think the biggest change is with my nails. I have quite brittle nails that break easily but since starting the supplements they're growing back really strong and I've now got super long natural nails.

The taste was slightly off-putting at first, it tastes slightly like passionfruit but is incredibly sweet, but after a few days, I got used to it. The cost of a months supply of LQ Liquid Health is £53.99 which works out around £1.79 per day which I think is quite reasonable. It's definitely not the cheapest option but I think if you really need to give your skin, hair and nails a spruce up it's a good option for giving all 3 a new lease of life
