Blog Highlights: August
In the month of August I've enjoyed reading lots of blog posts and seeing what everyone else has been up to this month. It's been a busy month and one seeing my highest blog views since the start of the year so it's nice to see the audiences returning after a covid break. Here are my favourite posts and the blog highlights for this month:

Blog highlights you should read
- The Life of a Youtuber - This was such a great read, Youtube isn't an avenue I've explored yet but is something I'm intrigued in so reading a typical day in the life of a Youtuber was very informative
- Curry made easy - I've been trying to cook more often and expand my recipe collection. I love the look of these spice pots they'd make curry's so easy
- Essential Packing List for Van Living - It's the year of the staycation isn't it? And I'm loving this post it made me want to jump in a van and head out on a UK Roadtrip for sure
- How I really saved my mortgage deposit - In the generation of renters, this post was a great read. I personally have a shared ownership so at some point I'll want to buy the remaining shares so this gave me lots of ideas

- 10 of the best Sheffield Cocktail - This post is doing AMAZINGLY well this month, I think mainly because people are heading out and about again and now you have to book places its good to do a little research first to find the best cocktail bars
- Countryside Compilations Competition - A popular competition post who would have thought it! I'm so glad people have loved this post because the books are so beautiful - I'll be picking a winner very shortly
- Cineworld Sheffield Unhinged Review - Oh I'm glad to have been back at the Cinema it had been the longest time in about 5 years. Unhinged was the first film back after Covid and one of only a few new films out at the moment so people are keen to read the reviews. I've been to see Tenet and The New Mutants since so I need to get cracking on those reviews
- Long Haul Flight Tips - An absolute favourite, this post brings in the biggest audience pretty much guaranteed every month. This month it broke the 10k mark for total views so I'm super proud of this one. It's surprised me that this post has remained popular throughout lockdown but with travel corridors changing daily people who are flying seem to be going further afield
